(a) Account: name, email, encrypted password. (b) Location: real-time GPS used to verify buyer/seller proximity during swaps and to show nearby queue listings. Your last known location is stored to enable nearby spot alerts if you choose to enable this feature in Profile settings. You can disable this at any time. (c) Transactions: listings, purchases, wallet balance. (d) Payments: processed by PayPal — we don't store card details. (e) Device: push notification token, device type. (f) Communications: in-app chat and support emails.
To provide the QueueCut service, facilitate transactions, verify proximity during swaps, show nearby queue listings, process payments, send notifications, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Contract (to provide the service), legal obligation (UK law compliance), legitimate interests (fraud prevention), and consent (push notifications).
We do not sell your data. We share only with payment providers, law enforcement when required, and cloud hosting providers under strict data processing agreements.
We retain data while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for 6 years per UK tax law. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closure.
Under UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights. Contact support@qcut.uk. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
QueueCut is not for anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has registered.
We may update this Policy and will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
